"Lack of supporting evidence" on a declined submission
#221226-075626-506000 is a declined addition of a new title, Broadway Brawler (1997). The only mistake I can think of that I've made while doing it is calling it The Broadway Brawler, which is totally besides the point, because reason given for declining the submission is "Lack of supporting evidenc

Moving a number of episodes into a separate series
A few years ago I have added web-series "Lazy Game Reviews" (2008-) as well as "LGR Thrifts" (2014-) to IMDb. Since then someone added a lot of the episodes, which is mostly a good thing. However, either not knowing that the two are separate series or disagreeing with my assessment most of the latte

Rejected correction of Julian Song's filmography (evidence included)
My initial rejected submission is #210310-232334-141000 with reason stated as "Unable to verify". In this particular case, I must admit, some research was very much necessary for further verification. Julian Song is an actor who has the movie Limitless (2011) in his filmography, which I've d

Poster for Untitled Monster Thriller for Universal Pictures Project (2024)
A primary image for Untitled Monster Thriller for Universal Pictures Project (2024) is a blatant fan poster which assumes the speculation it might be the remake of Dracula's Daughter (1936), something that was never yet confirmed by anyone involved and might very likely not be the case. However,

Adding awards to an event was likely declined
The Guardian's Best Films is an event I've added: each six months, each year and on other occasions since 2009 The Guardian is making curated lists via film critic votes and other means, which became highly influential and often considered an award by filmmakers ending up on the list. Event was g

Visualizer and lyric video as music video subgenres
Lyric video, straightforwardly, is a subgenre of music video which has its own keyword. Logically, another subgenre of music videos, visualizer, should also have its own keyword, but it dosen't so should such keyword be created? To put it into perspective: as detailed in this article, visualizers (

Erroneous addition to main directors
Due to a known gap between terminologies as formulated in Hollywood and Soviet Union, a lot of Post-Soviet countries still use (thankfully it started to steadily decline) what essentially translates as "director" or "second director" for what effectively is first assistant director. It causes a lot
