Duplicate festival: Ukraina! Festiwal Filmowy/UKRAЇNA! Festiwal Filmowy

I've recently requested to add an even named Ukraina! Festiwal Filmowy (held in Warsaw, Poland), however after that I've discovered that it already exists, albeit it was only found by me manually because it uses a variant name, UKRAЇNA! Festiwal Filmowy. Needless to say that the newer event should just be amalgamated with an already present one (especially since newer one thankfully doesn't have any added awards so far), but there is a case to be made that my variant of the name is a tad more logical and searchable: while official website has logos which stylize the name of the festival as "UKRAЇNA!", practically all textual references as well as (perhaps more importantly) copyright notice give us "Ukraina! Festiwal Filmowy".

So, in short, two events should be amalgamated, but newer title is a tad more logical to have on IMDb.
