Sprinklr Problem: The page isn’t redirecting properly
I'm receiving this error message whenever I clink on a link to any IMDb Sprinklr page or reload a Sprinklr page: The page isn’t redirecting properly An error occurred during a connection to community-imdb.sprinklr.com. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. I have not had this problem before today. I've verified that I my browser is accepting cookies. I'm getting the problem with Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome. All of my browsers are up to date. I've removed all cookies to Sprinklr, logged out and logged back in. I've rebooted my laptop. I am able to access the main page for IMDb Poll: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/topics/imdb-poll/5f4951c662e5fc53cfeb955a ... and select a thread listed on that page. For instance: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdb-poll/faq-polls-featured-at-imdb-home-page/5f4a7ad38815453dbabcc291 However, when I re-load this page, I get the error message and the link is updated to: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdb-poll/faq-polls-featured-at-imdb-home-page/5f4a7ad38815453dbabcc291?lang=undefined&lang=undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined,undefined Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi, Dan! Is anyone else having this problem? Same here. I've also tried browsing in safe mode (Firefox 119.0) and clearing cache & cookies, to no avail...

For now, the workaround is to not open any threads in a new tab but instead let the forum load these threads via AJAX.

When I tried to open the email announcing Dan's post, clicking the View on IMDB Community Forums got a slightly different error message than Dan reported. Namely this: This page isn’t working community-imdb.sprinklr.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS But I was able to click on the Dan_Dassow link near the top of the email, and get to this thread from there.

@dan_dassow copy&pasting links is not working. But... if you search for your subject/thread that you want, it works fine. I hope it helps until a solution is found. See image below:
