"Lack of supporting evidence" on a declined submission

#221226-075626-506000 is a declined addition of a new title, Broadway Brawler (1997). The only mistake I can think of that I've made while doing it is calling it The Broadway Brawler, which is totally besides the point, because reason given for declining the submission is "Lack of supporting evidence".

I'm sorry, but I can't explain that any other way other than glancing over the submission and not even trying to check four miscellaneous links. Granted, it is an unusual title: an unfinished film which major studios (including The Walt Disney Company) decided to scrap, but a) it was filmed for whopping 20 days and b) it was heavily publicized.
