Adding awards to an event was likely declined
The Guardian's Best Films is an event I've added: each six months, each year and on other occasions since 2009 The Guardian is making curated lists via film critic votes and other means, which became highly influential and often considered an award by filmmakers ending up on the list.
Event was greenlit back in June and since then I've tried to add awards with it to no avail. I assume (because there is no way to track a contribution with an award) that edits 230722-125422-509000, 230722-135559-603000 and 230722-143613-105000 were all declined, but I'm not entirely sure why since I've provided proof links with each edit.

This qualifies as an film award event? Meaning when magazines etc list ”best films of the year”?

Hi MykolaYeriomin & all-
After reviewing, this event is fine for listing given that this list is curated by the film critics of a newspaper with national coverage. Based on our rules for Events listed on our Help Guide focusing on both: "Have received regular international or national press coverage (wide or trade)..." and "Have a well-established jury..."
Now, thank you for posting the submission reference numbers! I have taken a look them and made some minor corrections on them to best suit our Awards structure. All of them have been approved now and the changes are already live on the site.
You are welcome to continue to submit information to this event The Guardian's Best Films now and if there is something that was missed or needs correcting, you can go ahead as well.
I hope this helps!
Cheers!
