Email Using HTML Tags Instead of Rendered Text

I just started to receive email from Sprinklr that consists of the original HTML tags instead of the rendered text. The problem started Thursday 20-July-2023 around 4:10 am Central Daylight Time (2:10am PDT).

For instance, I received this email:

This problem started this morning and I've received multiple emails with this problem. My email server is yahoo.com.
