@dan_dassow​ I'm adding new polls every day manually.Only getting the poll votes is automated, rest is done manually because except the votes nothing requires an update.

I klicked all to show all 154 polls and down there, under the line at the end there stood 55.052 as a total, which is wrong, because I counted all my votes down a while ago and there were more than 68000.

@Breumaster​ It is showing the correct results to me. Make sure all filters are set to "All" and the search box is empty. The totals below the table display the sum of visible polls only.

Favorite Foreign Language Films and Favorite Chandler Bing Quote? (Part 1) both went live on Wednesday August 19, I'm sure about that. It's really odd that it says different dates, because they were pushed by one person. :)

It probably says Aug 18 in Dan's data, because he pushed them and was going after his own timezone. On Wednesday August 19, 2015 both of my polls were there on the poll page, so even though one or both of them were pushed on the 18th, they went live together, for August 19. But yeah, I agree the timezones can make it confusing. Polls go live at different times of the day depending on where you live.

@BonaFideBOSS, @Jessica, et al, Currently, I generally keep track of the time a poll goes live to the resolution of a half-hour. I've been using Central time as my basis. I am using the Poll Admin Tool as the basis for when a poll goes live. Occasionally, I do not record the time a poll goes live until a day or two goes by. In those cases, the date may be off by a day or so. Prior to March 13, 2015, I was not as diligent in keeping track of when a poll went live. The date that I have on record may be off by a day or so.

@cinephile​ I cannot update the "poll type" information if the poll list is private or deleted. (Cannot always assume the type based on the poll.) In that situation, which is for the polls that went live before I created my site, I've used @dan_dassow's poll data. I recommend not deleting or making your lists private once the poll is published. There are more than 1000 poll-lists that have been deleted or in private, therefore, the data about them on either my site or Dan's could be wrong. Since you have raised this concern regarding your polls, I'll examine each of your polls and correct the data manually. [OR] If you could make your lists public, I can update your polls in a few minutes which would be much faster and accurate. Let me know if you're willing to make your poll-lists public so I can give you a list of your private poll-lists. I hope you haven't deleted any of them. Thank you.

Since then, to keep data for my "poll archive" I have recreated them. A lot of my lists are private though (358), that is not my fault, a couple months ago, all my lists disappeared. Employees have restored them, but I haven't the force/time to edit all of them manually and set them "public" I might try during the weekend, but it will be a very long process.

@Brijesh​ and @Breumaster , BonaFide initially updated his statistics every 2 or 3 days, then transitioned to every week. He also only did a full update to the polls every month. Speaking from personal experience, updating the number of votes for all active polls is a significant undertaking. I believe that he mentioned that he would be on travel for a few days and did not have a the resources during travel. Obviously, BonaFide can correct any of my misstatements. I've recorded some data from BonaFide's statistics since 20-January-2022. @Breumaster​ The poll data has been updated — 100%.And as Dan said, I've to upload the data manually to the server. Automatic costs money which I currently don't have. But uploading is the easy part, it only takes about a minute. Retrieving the data from IMDb takes 9 hours for 10,642 polls (current no. of live polls). That's why I decided to do a 100% update only at the end of the month. But I'll honor personal requests anytime because it is easy to update one poll author. :)

@Pencho15​ The data is displayed based on your browser's locale.So if you have it set to Spanish, it will display numbers in Spanish format (1.234, 5).
