Removal of IMDb Account “Sign in with Facebook”

I no longer use or have access to the email I used for my Facebook, when creating my IMDB account...

How can i access it?

I changed login method from Facebook, to ImDB login, the e-mail is the same, but user id is changed, and my all watchlists are gone, can you help me out to get back my list.

I always used to use login with facebook. The account is still active in my app. But when I reset the password and use the e-mail addresses I use for Facebook it does not recognize it, what can I do?

So I used to log in using facebook and didn't notice I can't do that anymore tried to log in as they said by reseting my account password to the same e-mail as my facebook account but it didn't work saying there is no account associated with this e-mail

I am still log-in in my account on my phone 

but when I press account in settings I can only see user ID but I can't see any other options that mayhelp me logging on my laptop

Used to login with fb now my watchlist and other conent is gone

Normal problem it seems. Created a new account with same email as the one used on fb. Now everything is gone.
Please help me recover my data.

I had my Imdb account for 10 years now and it was associated with my Facebook account 

after the feature was removed I tried to reset my password as recommended but it refused to do that and kept sending saying this e-mail isn't associated with an account 

to find out that my Imdb account is linked to my old Facebook account that I have already changed like 7 years ago because I don't have access to it any more 

So is there any way to get into my account ? 

I still have the log in in the phone app but unfortunately you can't change your e-mail from the app 

Hello! I can't access to my account, I made it with Facebook and I only use the android app, now I want to logg in my new tablet but I can't use the Facebook option to log in, no option to change password in the android app, and I can't access to my account in a browser. Need help!!

I have this account for so many years and I always used Facebook to login, and I just realized that it is not possible to login like this any more. The problem is that I don't even know what is the email associated to this account.

I'm unable to login to my account because of the removal of this feature.

Many years ago I registered to IMDb with my old email address which is no longer in use now, so resetting my password is not possible.

I'm still logged in to my account on my old phone, but I would like to also login on my new phone and on my desktop, but I can't find any way to do it now. Unfortunately, there are no account settings I can change on the mobile app of my old phone.

Could you please give me a way to change the email address and/or the password, so I can retrieve my account?

I tried to log in with facebook  it's not working. I tried to provide email adress it does not recognize.

I dont want to lose all my info.

I was using the IMDB app in my phone for several years now. I believe the first time I registered I used the "register through FB", that now is not available anymore, but I was always logged in and I cumulated a lot of votes, created lists and watchlist... so I put a lot of time on this account.

Yesterday I wanted to modify something on my setting but, although logged in, the app asked me to re-insert the login data to access the private area of my profile. Since Fb was not allowed anymore I proceeded with Google, only to discover at the end of the process that I basically created a new account.

All that I did in the past, was gone. That horrible feeling.

I want to know if there's possibility to merge the profile or to recover the old one. I remember partially my username (it was a mix of characters and random numbers). It was connected to Fb so no email was associated with it.

I hope that someone can help me with that

Hi all, I can't access my IMDB acc at all since I don't have access to the email address associated with my FB account.

As far as I know, this isn't uncommon and many people refuse to use their personal or main email address to associate with Facebook.
I need help to access my account again and would like if someone could change the email address on my acc.

I even have fairly new credits added to my iMDB account. But, try as I might, I no longer have access to my old email. I used to log on using Facebook--but without warning (or at least any warning I saw), I got logged out. And now I'm panicking.

I used to use Facebook sign-in to login to IMDB and haven't had to sign back in for ages but just today (21/10/2023) I loaded up the IMDB app on my iPhone and it asked me to login. 

Tried to login using the Facebook option but it doesn't do anything so tried on the IMDB website instead. 

Got the message saying that Facebook login is no longer working and to reset my password using the reset password page. 

It says to use the email address associated with my Facebook account however this is where a problem lies. 

I used an email to sign up to Facebook years ago and obviously then used the sign-in option for Facebook on IMDB also years ago. 

Since then I've changed my email address on Facebook due to no longer having access to that email account. It's been that way for a while now. 

That however leaves me with a major problem as I'm unable to reset the password as the reset password page doesn't recognise my new email address. 

Placing the original email address that I no longer have access to into the reset password page seems to work but obviously I have no way of getting to that email!!! 🙁

What can I do as I've got loads of shows and movies stored in lists that I absolutely don't want to lose?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I've had to create a completely new IMDB login just to post this question which isn't exactly ideal. 😟
