Cannot access my account after FB login has been disabled

Hi all, I can't access my IMDB acc at all since I don't have access to the email address associated with my FB account. As far as I know, this isn't uncommon and many people refuse to use their personal or main email address to associate with Facebook. I need help to access my account again and would like if someone could change the email address on my acc.
