can't log in

So I used to log in using facebook and didn't notice I can't do that anymore tried to log in as they said by reseting my account password to the same e-mail as my facebook account but it didn't work saying there is no account associated with this e-mail I am still log-in in my account on my phone  but when I press account in settings I can only see user ID but I can't see any other options that mayhelp me logging on my laptop
