I would go more realistic, your list is composed of every popular male actor right now. But I would be surprised if the actors that play Superman is affiliated or has been affiliated to a superhero movie in recent years.

So I would also remove:

Micheal B. Jordan (He played Killmonger in Black Panther)

Jake Gyllenhaal (He played Mysterio recently)

Miles Teller (He played Reed Richards in Fantastic Four)

Idris Elba (He played Heimdall in the MCU)

Ed Skrein (He played Ajax in Deadpool)

Tom Hardy (He played Bane in The Dark Knight Rises)

Scott Eastwood (He played a character in Suicide Squad)

Actors can play multiple roles.

Natalie Portman (V for Vendetta is owned by DC, but often not recognized as a superhero film)

Michael Fassbender (No one cars about him in Jonah Hex)

Halle Berry (Stupid decision that can't be explained)

Tom Hardy (There will be a sequel to Venom, he is not gonna play in both DC and Marvel at the same time!!!!)

From your picks, my favorite Superman would be Idris Elba, but my favorite Clark Kent would be Cillian Murphy. I would potentially cast Zachary Quinto as a villain.
