FYC:
Lost Highway (1997) (I honestly don't know how to formulate the question. "What happened?..")
Eraserhead (1977) (Is it Heaven?)
The Dark Knight Rises (2012) (Is Batman alive in some shape or form?)
Batman Returns (1992) (Did she really had 9 lives?)
Enemy (2013) (What?..)
Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) (Were they able to stop the war?)

All the suggestions added, thanks. Indeed Lost Highway is impossible to understand what the hell happened.

@paok_kilkis Unjustly, though. A) Ending is often theorized to be a daydream and B) it still ends on a very ambigous note as to whether Batman's legacy will continue.

You're welcome... I saw this post the other day but couldn't come up with a sugg until last night when I remembered it!  I don't know how I  forgot, lol!

Just saw Magnolia (1999) and would definitely put it high on the list; what a WTF moment at the end! (Won't spoil if you haven't seen)

I have seen it but I don't remember it, it was a long time ago. The only think I remember is that Tom Cruise was playing a guy who teaches how to flirt women and near the end there were frogs falling from the sky.
