Credits and Titles Removed

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me here?

I have worked on several independent titles in the past which have, until recently, all been listed on IMDb with credits for all of the cast and crew who worked on each picture.

It was brought to my attention a couple of weeks ago that some of the credits for these titles had suddenly disappeared, without any changes being made by me or my colleagues.
So I am in the process of trying to re-submit the credits so the people who worked on these productions can be credited accordingly again.

However, one of the titles - 'CONTROL' - which was only released earlier this year - has been removed completely now.

Another title - 'TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS' has also been removed - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5314780/ - Please can this also be restored?

'SUPERMAN: REQUIEM (2011) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1667443/ is also missing. Again, please can you help to get this restored?

Is anyone able to advise why these titles have been removed, please?

I can provide links (purchase links/title related articles) and credit files for each title if needed?

Please can anyone advise how this may have happened and whether these titles can all be restored, please?

Another title - 'TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS' has also been removed - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5314780/ - Please can this also be restored?

'SUPERMAN: REQUIEM (2011) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1667443/ is also missing.

The movie Control (2023) directed by Gene Fallaize has disappeared off the imdb. No idea how or why, because it was an actual film and it even made the press because this was supposed to be the comeback film of Kevin Spacey, so it's very peculiar that it can just be falsely deleted. Hi @Michelle - To second what @capdeac has said here, why can't the original page be restored?
Surely you have snapshots backed-up on a server somewhere?
Why was this taken down in the first place?

And also, please can you shed some light on the other pictures that were also removed?

I've listed 3 in this thread but there were more as well.

One of them has now been restored on its original page, but I've heard nothing more since, other than seeing a random new page for Control which is missing about 98% of the credits!

Please can you or somebody help or offer some advice here?

Firstly, please accept my apologies here for creating a new post here, but my previous post appears to have fallen on deaf ears, in that nobody from IDMb has responded to any of my comments on there since the first initial response. I did query this removed titles/credits issue in a previous post, listing just three of the titles to begin with, and getting mixed results back. However, there are more projects that are also now missing from IMDb and I would appreciate your help in restoring them, please? So, here is a new, updated thread on this issue...

It was brought to my attention back in early September that some of the credits for these titles had suddenly disappeared, without any changes being made by me or my colleagues!

First of all, the mild successes we had were that 'Superman: Requiem' (2011) was removed but was fully restored - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1667443/ - thank you for that!

Next, 'Control' (2023) was also removed from its previous link - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt23952252/ - but was instead recreated on an entirely new page - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33694384/ - which was frustrating in that all of the original data including votes and reviews were lost, and I have had to manually upload all of the credits again, which has been time consuming - but at least the movie is rightly listed again on IMDb.

However, 'Taking Care of Business' (2015) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5314780/ has still not been restored yet, either on the original link or on a new page, even though I have provided evidence of the pictures validity.

Furthermore, there are other titles also missing, including:

Cain Hill (2017) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5891704/ has been removed and needs restoring, please?
The Woods of Daemar (2013) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2298770/ has also been removed and needs restoring, please?

Stage School (2016-2017) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5891726/ is a TV show that aired on Channel 4 in the UK, and is now on Apple TV (https://tv.apple.com/gb/show/stage-school/umc.cmc.345p7prytq0bf8dex0092v6yy) and has also been removed and needs restoring, please?

Finally Contact Lost (2015) has also been removed. I cannot find the original IMDb URL for this title, but will keep looking for it, as I know it existed until only a few weeks ago. "Superman: Requiem" (2011): [Complete] As I understand, all outstanding issues concerning this title have been resolved.

"Control" (2023): [In Progress] I just commented above regarding this title. There was a complication when I reviewed the original title, and I am reviewing the issue with our tech team to see if we can reinstate it.

"Taking Care of Business" (2015): [In Progress] Same as above, I encountered a complication and will need to review this listing further.

"Cain Hill" (2017): [Complete] I have now reinstated this title listing. The page should be live on the site shortly.

"The Woods of Daemar" (2013): [Complete] I have now reinstated this title listing. The page should be live on the site shortly.

"Stage School" (2016-2017): [Complete] I have now reinstated this title listing. The page should be live on the site shortly.

"Contact Lost" (2015): [Update - Complete] I will also search further and see if I can identify the original listing. I have now found the title and reinstated the page listing.

Do we happen to know why they were all taken down in the first place?

My colleague, Gene Fallaize https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2295474/ (who has been integral to almost all of these productions) first tried to query this, and was initially told that the productions could no longer be validated, even though there was evidence to show that they were indeed real and in some cases had been completed and released for a decade or more.

He was then later told that he wouldn't be able to submit any further updates. Is this still the case or will he be able to contribute again now to the pages of productions he has worked on and helped to produce and direct?

Please also keep me updated with the progress of "Taking Care of Business", when you are able to?
