Top Contributor Leaderboard - August 2026

@Nomissimon10​  Thanks;  I think I may have (accidentally) set an all-time record for the number of contributions by anyone ever in a single month.  However,  the biggest clean-ups are all now complete, so this month and going forwards will be smaller unless I discover another large volume to fix.   

Congratulations Col_Needham for the all time record. Awesome.

@Kristin​ Maybe you put this in the wrong section. This is announcements. I think you should be in problems or questions.

And this is regarding the counting/displaying of the mentioned numbers in this announcement :-)

Thanks for raising this.  I understand the distinction you’re making.

The “Contribution Badges” description currently says that it “shows total contributions across all categories,” but the number displayed is actually tied to contribution milestones rather than being a live count of every contribution.  I agree that the wording could be clearer and that it would be helpful to document the different levels/thresholds.

As for the 15,000-contribution gap between the 10,000 and 25,000 levels, I understand why that would seem unusually large.  I’ll pass along the suggestion that the thresholds and how frequently the displayed number updates should be explained on the IMDb Badges help page.
