Self-identifying Gender Issue
I’m trying to add my gender identity to my page (I’ve already claimed it and received confirmation of the claim), but it won’t allow me to do anything regarding self-identification. I don’t have any documents or anything, I may have a Facebook post but I would have to dig through a lot. Any help?

Hello! I have imdb pro and I tried changing my primary video, but it wont actually change it. In the video edit window it shows the primary video that I want, but in the actual profile its still with the old video. In fact I want to delete that old video. I can't add a picture to my directing page because IMDb Pro's email verification is a broken loop that goes nowhere.
It isn't even sending me the verification email anymore but when it did, the link did not work and it keeps asking me on a loop to verify my email every time I try to add a picture to my page. I'm paying for IMDbPro and because of this verification glitch, I can't enjoy any of the benefits.
