Locked out of my IMDb pro account

Hello.  I believe I am somehow locked out of my IMDb pro account. I cannot access it as of this morning. I believe it is connected to my Amazon account.  I did receive an email from Amazon overnight stating that unusual activity was detected in my account and that all orders and subscriptions are on hold. The problem is that I’m not sure if this was a legit email or a phishing attempt. Can you please help me regain access to my IMDb pro account?  I should still have an active subscription.  Thank you

Well, it was restored for a couple minutes and I’m apparently locked out again.

My access still seems to be working. Wanted to wait a few minutes after you posted yours @Jmn33 just to see if it would lock me out again.

Mine keeps coming and going. It also sometimes wants me to pay for another subscription even though I have a current subscription.

When I was locked out, I too had that same issue. One time, I clicked on the "free trial" upgrade button, but it still took me to a page that wouldn't allow me to do anything, include upgrade!

Hopefully they are aware of this issue and are working to correct it for everyone.
