I'm having trouble posting external reviews from legitimate sources (NY Times, Collider)... I filled out the forms, but they never appear. What can I do?

I read all of the reviews of someone who likes the same movies I do. I vote on their reviews but my votes are not being counted because the "# out of # found this helpful" count doesn't change, even after a few days.

How can I access the reviews of those who gave my film one star. There is a place to do that but when I enter 1 star there are no listings. 50 people gave my film "Hare Krishna! The Mantra, the Movement and the Swami who started it all" one star.
