How can I access the reviews of those who gave my film one star. There is a place to do that but when I enter 1 star there are no listings. 50 people gave my film "Hare Krishna! The Mantra, the Movement and the Swami who started it all" one star.

Two weeks ago I had 30 reviews. They were well written and I took my time writing all of them. Suddenly today I only have 4 reviews. Where did my other 26 reviews go?! How can that happen?

I read all of the reviews of someone who likes the same movies I do. I vote on their reviews but my votes are not being counted because the "# out of # found this helpful" count doesn't change, even after a few days.

What is IMDb's policy on reviews for series that have not yet ended their run? When can one submit a user review for a series where not all episodes have been shown yet?
