How can I access the reviews of those who gave my film one star. There is a place to do that but when I enter 1 star there are no listings. 50 people gave my film "Hare Krishna! The Mantra, the Movement and the Swami who started it all" one star.

J: A person doesn't have to write a review in order to give a film a rating on IMDb. Note that your film has been rated by 1,478 users (see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6842524/ratings/) but it only has 61 reviews (see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6842524/reviews). That is, only 4.1% of the raters wrote reviews.

This is not particularly unusual. For contrast. a very different film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), has been rated by 198,755 users but only 2,630 of them have written reviews, or 1.3%.

In the case of your film, none of the people who gave it a 1-star rating have written reviews for it. So there is no way for you to identify them by username or otherwise.

I hope this helps.
