Why not have a real list report function?
Instead of weirdly linking to https://help.imdb.com/contact have something that makes it look, possibly, that someone wants lists to be reported? Unless you prefer to retain lists that advocate for violence etc...

I doubt most people would spend time trying to figure out that interface when reporting, which is why so many lists are still out there (which I think would be best not further advertised here...)
Report buttons should ideally immediately report something, or at least have another interface to specify categories... not a general contact page.
