Questions about account page; website idea.

I've had my IMDb account for over a year now, but I don't know if people are visting my page.  I have 34 reviews and many polls listed in my profile; I'd like to get people to visit my page so they can see them.  Just wondering of there's any way to get people to see my page.  Also, there should be a "Follow" option on people's IMDb pages, so other users can keep up when that person adds something new.  I know I would use that feature.  Thank you all for any help!  Please let me know if there's any advice on how to get visitors on my page!
