Thanks. But I suggest not doing that too often once your poll goes live because if it is on the front page, a repush pushes it off the front page. That is why I don’t often ask for a repush once a poll goes live. I advise you to be scarce with them too.

I forgot the name of it. It was one of my early ones and back in the days when the IMDb had message boards for each film. The story has a lot of suspicious coincidental factors but nothing to prove anything. 
I had a poll that was selected for the home page for the first time. Then a guy, who didn’t take part in the discussion before the poll went live, but he did have a poll that went live the same day mine did, posted a good suggestion and suggested that I ask for a repush. And I did. When I had checked the home page again, mine was off and his was on. That is why I say be very careful and scarce with asking for repushes. Do it for only really good reasons and save any after the poll went live suggestions for the next part 2 poll.

I, myself, realized that I had missed 2 really good suggestions for my not really scary ghost stories list: “The Canterville Ghost” and “I Married a Witch” (two of the witch characters are actually spirits/ghosts in created bodies). But I’m I going to ask for a repush? No! I’m saving them and “The Corpse Bride” for a part 2 list.

I see. I believe you, though it seems odd that the reason for removing your poll is that you had it re-pushed..

I got another suggestion for mariojacobs. Remember this is a suggestion for a part 2 list!!!!!!! Does anyone remember the old “Man From U.N.C.L.E.” And “The Girl From U.N.C.L.E.” tv series? T.H.R.U.S.H. which stands for “Technological Hierarchy for the Removal of Undesirables and the Subjugation of Humanity”. If that doesn’t scream evil, what does?

I see. That was a character poll published before DC started his Home Page poll thread, which is why it's not listed.

Anyway, even though it did happen to you once, we can't really say it's a general rule. Re-pushing shouldn't be avoided when it's needed.

The trouble is finding a group photo of T.H.R.U.S.H. agents which is rare. I opt for groups photos which would definite say organization. (There are group photos of SPECTRE even though Blofled is the face of the organization.)

Victor Buono is one of my all-time favorite actors. He was King Tut (Batman 1966). He died at 43, unfortunately.
