@Aris_Athanas My most deserving Movie That Deserves to be in Top 250 would be Spartacus (1960) with The Searchers (1956) not far behind. If you were asking my favorite, I would probably select, The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951) with Roman Holiday (1953) a close second.
@Aris_Athanas, I really like this poll suggestion. It is so hard to break into the IMDb Top 250 nowdays. The few movies that do have a stay, it is usually a short-lived one of a day or couple weeks. If they do stick, it usually means some equally deserving older movie then gets kicked out to make room.
FYI, there even a list of movies that fall into this category called, The Shadow 100, as determined and ranked by how long they were listed in the IMDb Movie Top 250 before eventually falling off the list.
