The Wikipedia Friends season summaries are good but rather long. I asked Google Bard to summarize these season summaries to roughly two sentences. I hope this helps.

A few more corrections:

4: Rachel and Ross date again but have differences about whether or not they were on a break. Chandler falls in love with Kathy, who was dating Joey and he only forgives him after he spends Thanksgiving in a "punishment box". Monica and Phoebe start a catering business. Rachel and Monica switch apartments with Joey and Chandler after losing a trivia game. Phoebe becomes a surrogate mother for her half brother and his wife. Ross meets Emily and at the season finale the group travels to London for their wedding.

9: After clearing up the confusion with Joey, Rachel and Ross live together as they raise Emma. But their relations turn weird as Ross is dating other women so she moves back with Joey and starts developing a crush on him. Chandler and Monica discover they can't have babies together and decide to adopt. Phoebe begins dating Mike. Joey starts dating paleontology professor Charlie, who later develops feelings for Ross, and while the whole gang travels to Barbados for a conference, Joey discovers Rachel's feelings and the season ends with them kissing.
