Maybe also:

Also, I would suggest adding a space between the two lines in every option:

1-Best Actress in White Banners (1938) Nominated

2-Best Supporting Actress in Jezebel (1938) Won

etc.

Thank you for making the corrections that you have (the first three that Jessica writes about). It still would be helpful to include a space before and after the year. For instance:

2-Best Supporting Actress in Jezebel (1938)Won 

Should be:

1-Best Actress in White Banners (1938) Nominated 

2-Best Supporting Actress in Jezebel (1938) Won
