How does the Starmeter derive a Star Rating? How does it work?

Are we EVER going to post what is the true gauge of how well something does compared to previous week/months/years? Boxoffice Mojo really should start posting total tickets purchased, not just how much was spent. Due to inflation I think it's evident that is not a true reading of how films compare

I am trying to update/renew my page which is Nannette Sandy. Every time I try to (update/renew imdbpro) my page it keeps on sending me to my daughter's page which is Sierra Sandy. I managed my daughter's page fyi.  Please advise.
