CLAIM PAGE

I've been trying to claim my page and for over a month nothing is happening. On IMDB pro it says "We are now verifying your IMDb page claim which may take up to 24 hours. We will send you an email notice when ready". It has been saying that for awhile and I haven't received any updates. I have checked all my emails and there is nothing from imdb yet. Not sure what to do!

Hi. I have contacted them numerous times and the issue has not been resolved. I have not received any emails from IMDB.

I've reviewed our records and can confirm that our curstomer service team has answered you previously.

On the other hand, I see that your IMDb email is different from the email you have linked from Amazon. The messages that our customer service team has replied to you have been sent to your Amazon email address. Please check your spam/junk folder.

Also, these emails typically arrive in the "Promotions" tab. Can you double-check there, or use the Search box at the top of the page and enter "from:(do-not-reply@imdb.com)".
