Hi - it seems as though there is a disconnect or data glitch between Pro and what I'm seeing on the page. Trying to change my primary video.  Won't do it.  Then decided to try and delete all videos and re-upload.  Says it's done on Pro, but videos are still on my page.   Advice?

I have been trying to select a thumbnail for my showreel that i would like but many of them are randomly generated. Is there any way we could be able to select it from the video ourselves or upload the thumbnail we would like to appear for our Showreel? This would be really helpful. thank you.
