How do you define a "broken leg" for purposes of this list?
If you mean a broken bone in the leg, I think it's unlikely that The Karate Kid qualifies for your list.
It is unclear whether Daniel-san's leg is actually broken during either of his final two fights. More likely it was just sprained, because there is no way he would have been able to finish the fight with a truly broken leg.

By the way, keywords can be a very good starting point for finding relevant titles. That's what they are there for. While it's true that low-IQ people (and trolls) can add bad and false keywords, there are also a lot of people like myself who spend a lot of time correcting those bad keywords.
Keywords are what you make of them. If you summarily dismiss the entire concept of keywords as inherently useless, then your approach will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

p.s. I also note that a bunch of the titles you have added to your list in fact contain the "broken-leg" keyword as provided by @Breumaster. This proves the value of keywords (again, as a starting point for finding relevant titles).
Keywords always need to be verified, just as The Karate Kid example shows. That title has the keyword "broken-leg," but also "leg-injury" which is probably more accurate.
Finally, regarding Seabiscuit, I'm not sure that any bones in Seabiscuit's leg are broken, either. According to Wikipedia, the real-life Seabiscuit had a "ruptured suspensory ligament in the front left leg." And Wikipedia describes the Seabiscuit character in the film as having a leg "injury," not a broken leg.
To capture these characters, you would need to broadly define what "broken leg" means.

My suggestion for your list is Tom Smykowski of Office Space. He breaks a leg, and a whole lot more.

Another suggestion:
Katharine Parker in Working Girl.
And you have quite a lot of photos to choose from for this one.

And guess how I remembered that title? Keywords! Specifically, this title has the keyword "leg-cast."
And on that note, here are some keywords that may help you (these have been on my private list for a potential mass merger for a while):

@keyword_expert ,
Thanks for helping with this poll. Maybe someday, you could suggest a poll yourself, possibly related to your area of expertise, IMDb keywords.
