Unfortunately this is a common problem. It is also not public to me. You could try to make a new list and copy the content.

@Peter_pbn  well this is weird because I create another post for the problem and they said that is fix and I have people that can open it is public for them. 

Is kind of really disappointing for me how the things are not working here ...
