Wow, I can't believe these movies didn't receive ensemble noms. My vote would go to either Michael Clayton or The Favourite.

My vote: Up in the Air (I) (2009)
I admit I am biased. Most of the movie was filmed in St. Louis and I wrote most of the Wikipedia article for the film.
