@mariojacobs,
For your consideration: Betty Boop. Betty Boop made her debut in August 9, 1930, which would make her 91.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Betty_Boop#Origins
Betty Boop made her first appearance in the cartoon Dizzy Dishes, released on August 9, 1930, the seventh installment in Fleischer's Talkartoon series. Inspired by a popular performing style, but not by any one specific person, the character was originally created as an anthropomorphic French poodle.[notes 1] Clara Bow is often given credit as being the inspiration for Boop,[24] though Fleischer told his artists that he wanted a caricature of singer Helen Kane, who performed in a style shared by many performers of the day - Kane was also the one that sued Fleischer over the signature "Boop Oop a Doop" line.[25] Betty Boop appeared as a supporting character in ten cartoons as a flapper girl with more heart than brains. In individual cartoons, she was called "Nancy Lee" or "Nan McGrew"—derived from the Helen Kane film Dangerous Nan McGrew (1930)—usually serving as a girlfriend to studio star Bimbo.

Koko the Clown made his debut in 1918 in Out of the Inkwell, which would make him 103 years old.

Koko the Clown is an animated character created by Max Fleischer. He first appeared as the main protagonist in Out of the Inkwell (1918-1929), a major animated series of the silent era. Throughout the series, he goes on many adventures with his canine companion “Fitz the Dog”, who would later evolve into Bimbo in the Betty Boop cartoons.[1]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koko_the_Clown#History
The character originated when Max Fleischer invented the Rotoscope, a device that allowed for animation to be more lifelike by tracing motion picture footage of human movement. The use of the clown character came after two previous tests and a search for an original character. Fleischer filmed his brother Dave in a clown costume. After tracing the film footage amounting to some 2,500 drawings and a year's work, the character that would eventually become Koko the Clown was born, although he did not have a name until 1924. "The Clown"'s appearance owes much to The Yama Yama Man.[2] Dave's clown costume was clearly inspired by one worn by Bessie McCoy, with the additions of a black ruffled collar replacing the big white bow, three pom-pom front buttons, and a prominent cone-shaped cap also with three pom-poms. The white face with slit eyes was a design common among German circus clowns.[3] Both costumes have white gloves with long fingers, white foot coverings, and a hat with the same white pom-pom as in front.[2] A 1922 sheet music drawing makes the connection more explicit, saying "Out of the Inkwell, the New Yama Yama Clown", with a picture of Koko.[2]

Maybe it would be a good idea to write the name of the characters, in case the images disappear sometime in the future.
FYC: Pete, Mickey's nemesis and the oldest Disney character still used today.

You added Peanuts as 71, but it was the comic strip that started in 1950, and it only became a TV cartoon later.
If you include that, you should also consider other characters adapted from comics, such as Tintin and Lucky Luke.

The Tom & Jerry image doesn't appear to be linked to a title. Perhaps it came from the deleted title. You may want to replace the image.
