I suspected that you did not change your list to private. IMDb periodically has problems with lists mysteriously being inaccessible even though the list is set to public. An IMDb staff member needs to resolve this problem.

I recommend that you post to the topic, Data Issues & Policy Discussions, that you have your list is public but it is reporting to other IMDb users that:
