I am not sure La règle du jeu fits. There are interlocking stories and conflicts, but they are all situated withing the same location, and it goes back and for between having multiple storylines and having one united story line.
It might be worth mentioning that Three Colors: Red is not really a multilinear film. Within the film, there is only one story line. It is only at the end that a link is revealed between Three Colors: Blue, Three Colors: White and Three Colors: Red. If there is a multilinearity, it is more in the vein of the MCU.
From the top of my head, I think that Mon oncle d'Amérique (1980) would fit the poll.
If the poll included TV series, Dekalog by Kieslowski would surely fit.
