My favorite was not actually a speech, but a song.

Uruguayan singer-songwriter Jorge Drexler was nominated for his song in Diarios de motocicleta, but he was not considered attractive enough for international public and he wasn't allowed to perform, instead Carlos Santana and Antonio Banderas were chosen to sing "al otro lado del río", Drexler never agreed.

After he won the Best Original Song Oscar he went to the stage, and took the opportunity to sing the first verse of his song, in a much better version than the one we heard before, after that he said thanks and left.

I'm still very glad he got poetic justice and could perform at least part of his song in stage.

This is such a good idea for a poll. There are so many that have been coming to mind (Sean Penn's 2009 speech, Lupita Nyong'o's 2014 speech), but so many that I know I'm forgetting. In fact, I feel like I'm forgetting my favorite but since I just quoted Jodie Foster's 1992 speech in an essay that I'm writing about 'Silence of the Lambs,' I'll choose that one.

ps: I almost voted for George Clooney's in 2015, but good thing I watched it again: it was for the Golden Globes, lol.
