Richard Griffiths is not included in the article you cite: 34 Celebrities Who Have Received Honors From the Royal Family
Both the Richard Griffiths' Wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Griffiths) and his IMDb biography (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0341743/bio) indicate that he was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2008. You probably also should cite one or both of these sources in your poll.
