I would specify fictional or real-life in your question? If this includes fictional ones, I would nominate the more iconic production-built unnamed Conner's castle tower in Highlander (1986).
The answer pool seems a bit unbalanced with too many UK castles, and not enough movie castles from Europe, Asia, Africa or the Americas, in my opinion.
Castle Hohenzollern, Burg Hohenzollern, Germany, A Cure for Wellness (2016)
Ischia Castle - Italy, The Talented Mr Ripley(1999)
Dunnottar Castle - Scotland, Hamlet (1990)

FYC: Louvre Museum aka Chateau du Louvre aka Palais du Louvre
I would have the opportunity to admire the Joconde, the ex-royal residence, and the pyramid of I. M. Pei at the same time. :)

I know the one in Mexico, if anyone ever comes here I'll be happy to show it to you.
I love to travel and would happily visit any other, but based on the images Eilean Donan Castle looks like the more interesting.

I think the Hohenzollern Castle looks absolutely romantic and imperial, and may be one of the best castles ever built.
