FYC, an alternate phrasing of the introduction and the question with the source citation incorporated. Plus, the title says funniest, but the question says favorite, which is the poll's scope, because they are not the same thing?
In 2000, the American Film Institute (AFI) released its 100 YEARS...100 LAUGHS list, as part of its decade-long celebratory AFI 100 Years... series.
Which of these 90s comedies from their list of the 100 Funniest American Movies of All-Time makes you laugh the most?

@mariojacobs,
My mistake, I failed to pickup on the capitalized Of earlier, which should really nevervbe capitalized in AP style.
I am not sure you should be capitalizing here, especially with official list name being something else. Regardless, "Of" needs to be "of" in your question.

I looking at the poll suggestion again and it still needs some TLC. I would change the 90s used in the title and question to 1990s for clarity. Also, there is a lot of bolding, underlining, hyperlinking, capitalizing, and underlying going on. Not to mention the coloring and italics that are present in your other poll suggestions. Personally, if it is being done for effect, it overuse I find has the opposite effect for me, as being more distracting than helpful. Plus, if it being done for fun, I think the key here is moderation, overdoing it can ruin a good thing. Specifically, I think if you should underline or capitalize like a title anything in the question it should be the AFI category, not the scope years. I think a shorter title works better, IMHO. If it were my poll I would pick my spots for emphasis and make the following changes to this version. If you think it is better as-is, make no changes. If you agree make the corrections.

Just think in 20-odd years some poor bastard is going to have to compile a list like this from 2010 - 2019.

Fargo (1996)was the best movie on the list. But it wasn't the funniest. That's Groundhog Day (1993).
