Lovely idea!  :D  (Sorry, didn't mean to turn into a 1800s British Lord of a manor there)
I'll give my Top 3, just in case you decide to make it a Top 3 poll.  :)

1. "Yer too stupid to have a good time!" - John Dalton, Roadhouse
2. "I ain't got time to bleed." - Blain, Predator
3. "Do not cite the deep magic to me, Witch!  I was there when it was written." - Aslan, The Lion, the                                                                                                                         Witch, and the Wardrobe

My most beloved quote is from a german dub, it doesn't appear in the English version of
'The Good, The Bad & The Ugly':
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060196/

It's when Blondi left Tuco allone in the dessert. In the American version, he shouts something like: "You're the son of a wh*re !". In the German dub he shouts: "Der Blitz soll  Dich beim Scheissen treffen !!!", which means something like "Lightening should strike you while you sh*t !"

I still know, when the first version of that movie came out on bluray in Germany, this quote was left out. The fans did a real sh*itstorm to the studio. Then Fox asked the fans how they want their disc and did it correct for the fans. There was also another quote cut, which was restored withe the new release, which is perfect now! Here is my most beloved movie quote (at the end of the clip, time: 25seconds, someting like that):

All versions of those quotes are pretty awesome, lol!  :D

Not all of the sh*itstorm was about the dub, most of it was about "ironing" the picture until there is no single grain. It looked like a DVD-version without optical details, the resolution of the film-material was lost. So they re-scanned the celluloid material more professional and now it has a real great resolution. But never change the dub of a classic! In Germany it is definitely not wanted !

P.S.: The youtube-clip is VHS quality, it's not from the new bluray release.

If you won't take it, I'll have another one:
"Save the clock tower! Save the clock tower! Thirty years ago, lightening struck this clock tower and the clock hasn't run since."
From 'Back to the Future'

If it does not appear in the original version it does not qualify, I have added the quote from Back to the Future instead.

Dracko:  It looks like this poll was done two years ago:
https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/imdb-poll-board-favorite-quote-from-favorite-movie
If you did a Top 3, it would be more original.

For this type of suggestion? If it doesn't contain any overlap in options? It should be fine as is. It should be considered pointless to add new options to the older version (given how long it has been relatively inactive voting wise).

Just label this a part 2 and acknowledge the other one with a link.

I think that poll is different since it was about our favorite quote from our favorite movie. This poll asks for our favorite movie quote overall.

Exactly, I had already noticed that there is a similar suggestion but that was limited only to favorite movies, I was about not to publish this suggestion.

Loneliness has followed me my whole life, everywhere. In bars, in cars, sidewalks, stores, everywhere. There's no escape. I'm God's lonely man. From Taxi Driver
If you decide to follow Narni's advice

"There's no nobility in poverty." From Wall Street

"The reality is we're still 11 year old boys locked in a cellar imagining what our lives would have been if we'd escaped" from Mystic River

I would like to change my second pick to "In the future, when a woman's crying like that, she isn't having any fun!" From Thelma & Louise

Honorable Mention:
Now send the kids out of the room. I don't care how fast a skater you are, if you don't play this game with a big heart and a big bag of knuckles in front of the net, you don't got dinky-doo.
Don't remember the name of the person who said it, but it's from Mystery Alaska... I actually loathe the film myself, but that is the one funny part I could watch all the time.  :D

Ok, so another one:
'Cape Fear' (1991):
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101540/
Lawyer scene:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vO-XDUiRqU
Quote:

"Councelor? ... Councelor? ... Is that you? ... Come out! ... Councelor! Come out, come out, where ever you are!" - or better:

"I am like God, and God like me. I am as large as god. He is as small as I. He cannot above me, nor I beneath him be. Silesius, 17th century."

Very impressive scene by Robert De Niro.

My favorite quotes:

1. "All I have in this world is my balls and my word, and I don't break 'em for no one." - Al Pacino in Scarface

2. "I'll make him an offer he can't refuse. - Al Pacino in The Godfather

Don't tell me what to do. Mind your own business.

It's board members' choice; I'm a member too. I can pick anything I want, even the same quote said by Deadpool. It's my wish.

It's really hard to decide between a few close contenders, which would've been different depending on mood and day anyway:
Le samouraï (1967): "There is no greater solitude than that of the samurai unless it is that of the tiger in the jungle... Perhaps..."
Videodrome (1983): "Death to the Videodrome! Long live the new flesh!"
The Running Man (1986): "I'm not into politics. I'm into survival."
Color of Night (1994): "Always guess the cliche, and you won't be disappointed".
Donnie Darko (2001): "Why are you wearing that stupid man suit?"
Glass (2019): "Belief in oneself is contagious. We give each other permission to be superheroes. We will never awaken otherwise. Whoever these people are who don't want us to know the truth, today, they lose".

These are pretty close to random but they're the best I can do ... from my faulty memory.
Brody: You're gonna need a bigger boat. Jaws (1975)

and

Captain Renault: I'm shocked! Shocked to find that gambling is going on in here.
[a croupier hands Renault a pile of money]
Croupier: Your winnings, sir.
Captain Renault: [sotto voce] Oh, thank you very much. Casablanca (1942)

Honorable mention to almost any quote from Airplane! (1980)

Dishonorable mention to Moose: I can't talk too long. I gotta pooThe Fanatic (2019)
