Fortunately, Audrey Hepburn's singing was not dubbed for "Moon River" in Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961). "Moon River" is a perfect song for Hepburn's voice.
@dan_dassow It's super weird, but for some reason Audrey Hepburn didn't nominated for an Oscar for My Fair Lady. The film nominated for 12 Oscars and won 8 including Best Picture but her great performance snubed.
The majority of the main characters for My Fair Lady (1964) from the original Broadway and London productions appeared in the film. Julie Andrews originated the role of Eliza Doolittle on Broadway and also starred in the London production. I suspect that many voting members of the Academy thought that Julie Andrews should have played Eliza in the film instead of Audrey Hepburn.
I have a vinyl record of London production of 'My Fair Lady'. Julie Andrews did an amazing job in the Broadway and London productions. It would have been interesting to have seen Julie Andrews play Eliza in the film. However, Andrews' admitted in later her book "Home: A Memoir of My Early Years" that she was not ready to appear in film.
Audrey Hepburn did an amazing job as Eliza in the film despite lacking the singing voice for some of the more difficult songs. Fortunately, Marni Nixon's partial dubs are mostly seamless.
@Paok_Kilkis Academy voters can be very petty in their voting. They often vote based on a political stance (for or against a film), or for what seem to be "lifetime achievement" or for their favorites.

The Academy Awards were originally founded by film producers to promote film. Although the awards are generally above the board, sentiment of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) has always been a factor in the selection of nominees and winners.

The one where she sings "Moon River!" That's how I'd vote.
