Live poll: Beethoven's Music in Movies

Intro:

On December 17th, 2020 we celebrated the 250th birthday of Ludwig van Beethoven, one of the most interesting exceptional music composer the world has ever seen. A few hundrets of productions used the outstanding emotional power of his music to dramatize scenes and even whole sequences.

When you look at these movies, which of them would you have suspected to contain Beethoven the least?

Tell us here.

Suggestions:

Must contain a piece of Beethoven's composings. Should be 6.5/10 or higher, but I do amens for very well known movies that are rated lower. Like e.g. 'Sister Act', which really nearly everyone knows - at least a very wide audience.

@Peter_pbn

Thank you, Peter. :D

I'll do that. I guess I still have one fail, I didn't see. Some of the particulars are false written by me. Things like "A Major" --->"a major", because I thought they have to be written decapitated. Or things like  "Op. 125" ---> "op. 125" or "2nd Movement" ---> "2nd movement". I guess they all are writen Capitated, do you know? I will capitate them, because I saw so on some of my discs. Please tell if I'm wrong. :D

Keys like A or F should probably be capitalized. I'm not sure about the rest.

And it's Hundreds, not Hundrets.

Breumaster,

Please correct the entry for

(1974)

You currently have

Symphony N°2, 2nd Movement

It should be

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070948/soundtrack

Symphony No. 7 in A, op. 92, 2nd movement

Zardoz is a horrible film. I consider its only redeeming feature is that it feature the 2nd movement of Beethoven's 7th Symphony. The first time I heard Beethoven's 7th Symphony is when I saw Zardoz.

You are right. And I knew that. The time I wrote it, I was distracted. Thank you for noticing!

I corrected it.

'Good poll & great intro, Breu. My vote would go to that movie titled 'What?' or maybe 'Zardoz.'

May I suggest one tiny edit? ('just one added comma)

On December 17th, 2020, we celebrated the 250th birthday of Ludwig van Beethoven, one of the most interesting and exceptional music composers the world has ever seen.
