My vote will go to Deb from "Dexter" or Piper from "OITNB."

(The characters from OITNB account for more TV women than all of the female characters from twenty-five or thirty other random series combined so I think including another main "Orange" character is reasonable. Red, Suzanne, Nikki, Gloria, Alex, Daya, and Tiffany are the other most major characters but Taystee is the moral center of the show.)
