I recently signed with an agency which has branches in multiple regions - they began in Chicago, so that's where their primary branch is located. However, I'm with the Los Angeles branch. After adding my agency representation to my profile, I noticed that it was listing the Chicago branch as my rep.

I was charged for an account that I can't sign into and I didn't authorize a charge. I need to fix this. This is incredibly frustrating that there's no way to email someone.
