My lists are set to public but show as private for other people?

Apparently my lists are showing as private for other people but they are always set to public. Personally it still looks public to me when signed out but they showed me screenshots of it being private so I don't know. https://www.imdb.com/list/ls004421532/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

Lost access to my account

I lost access to my old email and when I tried to login in IMDB with it and my old password, I received this message "For your security, you need to ...". IMDB asked me to go to my old email which I can't access anymore. I would appreciate any help with the issue

What looks like an IMDB page is available from a direct link, but can't seem to be found using a search.

A link available from the internet site (https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0030331/2024/1/?ref_=ev_tl_yr_1) looks like it is to an IMDB page for the Toronto Feedback Film Festival, but when I query for that film festival from within IMDB, it oesn't show up.
