I recently completed my first small role in a movie. On the IMDb page listing the full cast and crew, a different picture and bio are associated with my name. Obviously somebody has the same name. How can I correct this?

IMDB shows our theatre (The Rosendale Theatre in Rosendale, NY) as being at 330 Main Street. However, it is at 408 Main Street. How can I get this corrected? Thanks in advance!
