Saved Submissions are shown after minuutes and cant continued directly after saving

For at least 24 hours now, the Add Another Image link is not working. I can add a single image but when clicking on the link to add another image nothing happens. It's happening for all programs.

Longstanding member with lots of reviews under the belt. I always comment when moved to do so. Years ago, my reviews were instantly posted but today, there is a delay of days. When I followed up on one review, I found it declined. I wonder why? My stuff, without bragging, is entertainment in itself
