I've tried twice to remove credits attributed to me that are incorrect. Both times they've been declined. How am I supposed to prove I didn't work on something?

I can get to a submission page with title and year and who I am (Writer/producer/Director) but it won't submit or even ask me for a link to my work where it can be viewed I have tried checking where to find a page for this but it just says to come here and ask. So this title obviously doesn't exist
