@Michelle and @Jessica,
I just noticed that text formatting and some of Sprinklr's other functionality had returned. Let's hope that it remains unlike last time.

Hi, @Michelle:
Taking advantage of my first post to test the changes, I am reporting/confirming some bugs (some of them already reported above):
Note: I'm on Firefox 145.0.1 x64.

Hi Michelle,I’ve noticed a bug where, when I try to edit a previously posted thread, the description gets wiped out. This seems to be related to caching, or rendering issues. Could you please flag this to the Sprinklr tech team?
Thank you!

It's certainly not ok going on like that:
https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdb-poll/live-poll-the-seven-heavenly-virtues-the-seven-deadly-sins-after-your-confession/68a2415129ac6940aa5fa3e3
I'll keep away until you fixed it. If a poll gets online, I see no necessity to do the "Live Poll: ..." thing and praise and so on. .... till then, guys!

I attempted to edit one of my comments to make a URL live:
https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/i-need-to-know/i-am-trying-to-locate-a-documentary-film-made-in-the-late-1960s/68d10bbff38d6a1be8f9054a
However, editing the comment resulted in a bunch of HTML tags showing up (like <p>) instead of actually marking up the comment as I had hoped for.
Can this be fixed?

Hello.
My previous post was infamy moved from this topic to another one devoted to a general question I am not interested in. And my questions are still being ignored, so I wary of using the IMDb Community site for the things it was supposedly created for.
1️⃣ I still want to know the specific reasons why my messages, which include screenshots of IMDb pages, actual and from the Internet Archive, have being hidden to "Private" from live conversations about IMDb problems.
2️⃣ Also I need to know whom and where can we address the demands to examine and eliminate such restrictions for ongoing conversations.
3️⃣ If the above mentioned restrictions can not be reported, I would also like to know why IMDb team did not make it understood to the users of IMDb Sprinklr that their good-minded messages go under the risk of time wasting and loosing of actuality when published with links and/or images.

@Michelle,
It appears that my problem with Sprinklr removing white space is a common problem.
When Sprinklr (or the social media platforms it posts to) removes white space, it is usually because the "empty" lines you create by hitting "Enter" are being treated as redundant by the code that processes the text. This is a common frustration for social media managers trying to create "scannable" content.
To prevent this, you need to use a character that "occupies" the line so the system doesn't see it as empty.
1. Use "Invisible" Characters (The Best Fix)
The most effective way to keep your line breaks is to insert a character that is invisible to the eye but counts as data to the platform.
The Non-Breaking Space (NBSP): Instead of a regular space, use a non-breaking space on the empty line.
Mac:
Option+SpaceWindows: Hold
Altand type0160on the number pad.Copy-Paste Method: You can copy the blank space between these brackets [ ] and paste it onto your empty line in the Sprinklr publisher.
2. Use "Bullet" Symbols or Punctuation
If the invisible character doesn't work (some platforms are becoming "smarter" at stripping these), the most reliable fallback is to use a small, unobtrusive character to "hold" the line.
Dots or Dashes: Use a period (
.) or a hyphen (-) on the blank line.Emojis: Use a small emoji that matches your brand (like a tiny white square or a bullet point) to act as the spacer.
3. Avoid the "Trailing Space" Trap
Sometimes Sprinklr's internal editor trims spaces at the very end of a line. If you are trying to add space after a paragraph, make sure there is no hidden space after your last word before you hit "Enter."
Pro Tip: Type your caption in a plain text editor (like Notes or TextEdit) first, ensure the spacing is exactly how you want it, and then paste it into Sprinklr.
