I understand but considering how she is a pioneer (2nd woman to be accepted to the DGA), how some women are represented more than once in your list, and how there is no episode released prior to 2004. I think your polls have a recency bias.

Well, this poll is about the highest rated episodes, so naturally there are a lot of recent ones and I can't really change that.

Feel free to make another poll about female directors in television.
