Jessica, since Dan pulled out the old child stars, I was remembered on my childhood. I don't know, if four kid  would be ok, too. Else I would rather change Urkel with Pippi Longstocking, which was great in my childhood. So it would be Inger Nilsson.

P.S.: If there is no fitting image, Nilsson also played in movie where she played Pippi Longstocking.
