Only four series that appeared in the 2021 poll are present again in the 2022 poll:
Shingeki no Kyojin
One Piece
Cobra Kai
Kimetsu no Yaiba
Shingeki no Kyojin retains its impressive record as the only TV series present in every edition of this poll since I started it in 2018, that's five in a row, either it is really great or it has a tremendous fanbase. Lucifer, its sole companion ended in 2021, so it was no longer eligible.
12 series started in 2022, so they were eligible for the first time.
Better Call Saul, This is Us, The Boys and Ozark return after last appearing in 2020.
Barry returns after last appearing in 2019.
The Last Kingdom and Atlanta return after last appearing in the 2018 poll.

Wow! I have not heard of over 80% of these shows and have not seen any of these episodes. To make matters worse, I am mostly bedridden and my tv is on most of the day!!!! I guess I watch too much Turner Classic Movies.
