@Pencho15, I thought it could be a bit clearer, so I tweaked the order and added a few details. Feel free to use it or not, or to pare it for length or edit it otherwise to your liking. I would be clearer about makes a villain best and that the answer pool is only portion of the total villains in the Arrowverse.

On May 24, 2023, The Flash (2014) aired its final episode and was the last Arrowverse series to conclude its run. As a result, the Arrowverse will cease to expand, thus wrapping the most successful superhero franchise in television history. The Arrowverse is built on telling stories of DC Comics characters across 6 different TV series and 2 webseries from 2012 to 2023. In total, the Arrowverse series aired 41 separate seasons comprising of 722 episodes with both extraordinary heroes and memorable villains.

For the most part, The Arrowverse's end leaves me impassive. And that is despite the meaning that The Flash had for me. With season 2, The Flash is probably the first TV series that I watched in English. I was force as part of my English class to watch at least an episode of TV series each week and summarize it. At the time, The Flash was the program that captivated my attention the most, I even continued watching it for 2 years. Nowadays, I find it (and the rest of the Arrowverse) unredeemably bad. That being said, if I had to vote for a character, nostalgy would speak, and I would vote for Zoom.
